The National Union of Somali Journalists (NUSOJ) condemns the widespread clampdown by security forces of the Transitional Federal Government (TFG) of Somalia that has resulted in the arrest and detention of three radio journalists in Mogadishu.

26 novembre 2011, par HRNJ-UgandaVincent Nzaramba, the author of a book that called for President Yoweri Museveni to relinquish power, is in detention at the feared Rapid Response Unit (RRU) headquarters in Kireka, a Kampala suburb.

Cameroonian government suspends 11 media organisations ahead of elections

Ugandan police defy court order, occupy publication premises
